Developing Chat Bots using Microsoft BOT framework

We built a chat bot for our customer that allows web site visitors to ask questions related to quality standards for hospitals and medical clinics. The chat bot would respond with answers or ask additional questions. If an answer could not be found, the chat bot asks the user to enter contact information and routes the transcript of the conversation to an internal rep who can follow up with answers to the customer questions.
