What We Do?

Supply Chain Management

WiseTech CargoWise One or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply Chain (D365) play a critical role in logistics by helping customers manage domestic and international shipments including Customs.
We can help you with integrating your CW1 WMS (Warehouse Management System) or TMS (Transportation Management System) or D365 system with external vendors or customers. For example, we have integrated a European retailer’s SAP system with a Chicago-based company’s CargoWise One WMS so that retail orders can be delivered from a warehouse to customers in the local area.

EDI/AS2 standards for B2B integrations

EDI ANSI X12 standards are widely used by major corporations to communicate securely with each other. We have connected a freight forwarder with their customer using EDI standards (e.g. EDI 315 documents were sent and 997 response was used to update CargoWise One. Some clients require AS2 to secure the communication channels and we have integrated a logics provider with their customer using EDI/AS2.

Tracking & Monitoring of shipments

We have implemented integrations with FourKites and Project44 to help customers get an end-to-end view of where their shipments are at any given point in time. We also provide Enkay PRO, a tool for tracking integrations and message payloads being sent between different systems. We implemented EDI 214 integration for our logistics customers with FourKites for Air tracking and EDI 315 for Ocean tracking.

eCommerce platform integration

When an eCommerce site had to send purchase orders to a freight forwarder, we implemented middleware using Azure Logic Apps to read purchase orders from their Azure SQL databases and send them as EDI 850 transactions to the freight forwarder. In addition, we received EDI 810 invoices from the freight forwarder and updated the Azure SQL databases for each transaction.
